Hortons expands again after snapping up sales arm of Leicester business

Leicester estate agency Fothergill Wyatt has announced the sale of the sales arm of their business to Hortons, in a move that it says will help it focus on growing its lettings and asset management services.
Fothergill Wyatt was established in 2010, opening an office on Allendale Road in Stoneygate, Leicester.

Hortons, a fast growing estate agency founded in Leicester, now operates across five counties and is one of the largest independent estate agencies in the region. The acquisition see’s Fothergill Wyatt’s associate director Jack Hunt join Hortons to further expand the company’s coverage in Warwickshire. Existing Hortons’ partner Gianfranco Paparozzi, a well-known Stoneygate property market expert, will be assisting local clients.
