Property people: GT3 Architects; Harron Homes

Stephen Parker

Nottingham architecture firm GT3 Architects has added to its team with a new client relationship and development lead.

Stephen Parker will join the practice, working with a national remit and forming part of its leadership team.

With more than 35 years’ experience in the business sector, Parker joins GT3 after more than a decade working for contractor Willmott Dixon as its national leisure and hotel sector lead.

He said: “I have known and worked with GT3 and its directors for many years and in that time have collaborated to create exciting and award-winning projects so moving over to the firm was an easy decision. We share the same professional understanding and vision so I can’t wait to get started.

“GT3 Architects is known for its people architecture approach to creating spaces which aligns perfectly with my passion for developing strong and supportive client relationships, while understanding their needs and objectives.”

Olivia Thompson

Harron Homes sales executive Olivia Thompson has been promoted to sales progressor at the North Midlands head office in Barlborough after just three months at the company.

Thompson joined the sales team at Rosendale Gardens in Wickersley, Rotherham as a part-time sales executive in October 2021; by the end of that month she started assisting the office based sales progressor and picked up the role so quickly she was the “obvious choice” for promotion when the opportunity arose in December.

Natalie Griffiths, sales and marketing director for Harron Homes North Midlands said: “We are incredibly proud of Olivia and the way she has stepped into the sales progressor role so quickly where we’re sure she will excel. We look to present our team with plenty of opportunities for progression, and are always keen to support team members however we can, both in and outside of the office. Olivia has a very bright future at Harron and we’re excited to see where she goes next.”
