High profile corporate lawyer joins Rothera Bray

A well-known East Midlands corporate lawyer has joined Rothera Bray’s Derby office.

David Kaplan brings nearly three decades of experience to the firm. His main areas of focus are general M&A, private equity and banking and finance.

At Rothera Bray, Kaplan will spearhead the firm’s Derby office, meaning it has a corporate partner in each of its three city offices.

He joins from Nelsons
