Lyndsay Justice

Following the recent launch of a new phase at its Worksop development, housebuilder Rippon Homes has appointed a new employee.

Lyndsay Justice takes up the role as full time sales executive at The Burrows at The Edge development.

She said: “I was attracted to working for Rippon Homes as they are a smaller company with a very close team. This makes you feel valued as an employee, and it is more close-knit than working for a bigger company.

“The role is very varied and every day is really different. Some days I may be following up on enquiries and making appointments, and other days I might be meeting with the site manager to check the build stages at the development.

“My favourite part of the job is being part of the customer’s journey. Seeing them move into their new home on completion day after meeting them the on their first visit to the development is very rewarding.

“I’m happy in my new role and getting used to the different processes in the job. I’m enjoying establishing new relationships and helping people with their next step in life.”
