Plans for new Hockley student scheme given go-ahead
Megaclose, the Nottingham student accommodation provider, has has been given the go-ahead to turn the upper floors of a Hockley retail unit into a 28-bed development.
Designed by Rayner Davies Architects, the scheme will see the upper two floors – and an additional third floor – of the building on Goose Gate in Hockley turned into cluster flats for use by students. The ground floor will remain for retail use.
The plans were initially submitted in December 2021.
