Planning granted for £58m resi scheme
Plans to build 250 new homes in the Nottinghamshire village of Awsworth are set to move forward after Avant Homes Central was given the go-ahead to deliver the £58m scheme.
The development will be built on a 25-acre site on Shilo Way, two miles from Ilkeston town centre. Avant acquired the land in April last year and is set to begin work on the homes next month.
