Experienced surveyor goes it alone with new venture

Former Auction Estates man Matt Revill has launched his own property consultancy in Mansfield, called Lester & Bingley.

Revill, who has 15 years of experience acting for sellers and buyers is promising a “personal service in a digital age” and will, he says, cover the entire East Midlands.

Revill told TheBusinessDesk.com: “It is often said when looking for a property, the three things that matter most are: location, location, location.

“Given the key role an agent plays in any transaction it’s also important to consider the three things that matter most in choosing who you instruct. In my view that is trust, trust, trust.

Lester & Bingley will specialise in residential, commercial and development sales, lettings and acquisitions.
