Lovell sees new senior appointments and promotions in East Midlands office

Lovell Partnerships East Midlands team

Housing developer Lovell Partnerships has revealed new appointments and promotions for its East Midlands team.

Beth Bundonis has become regional managing director and will be responsible for growing the East Midlands team after a successful role as regional commercial director. Another promotion is Lewis Charity, previously the regional technical director, who is now the land and technical director.

The office has also brought in three new senior team members: Dan Buller as commercial manager, James Phillips as refurbishment manager, and Mark Blake as sales and marketing manager.

Gareth Bevan and Rory McPheators, who have each contributed over 15 years to the company, have advanced to the roles of land and pre-construction manager and procurement manager, respectively.

The team changes reflect progress in important projects with housing partners including EMH, Riverside, and Compendium Living. A standout being the Castleward development in Derby city centre under the Compendium brand.

They’ve announced the release of 83 homes for phase 3 and have permission for phase 4. This project aims to create 800 homes, schools, and commercial spaces in an area that wasn’t previously utilised.

Beth Bundonis, regional managing director at Lovell in the East Midlands, said: “I’m proud of the progress the East Midlands team has made since opening its dedicated office just last year. We have a diverse mix of projects happening, strong partnerships and a highly experienced and committed group of people to deliver for them. I welcome all the new additions to our team – the combined knowledge of Dan, James and Mark will help to ensure we can reach the goals we have set for this year, and really shine a spotlight on Lovell in the East Midlands.”
