Nottingham software firm goes Down Under again for multimillion-pound acquisition

Nottingham-based Ideagen, a software solutions company, has expanded its Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) offerings by acquiring the Australian company Lucidity.

The deal marks Ideagen’s second Australian acquisition in 2023, after OnePlace Solutions in May.

With this acquisition, Ideagen has invested approximately £78m in Australian software businesses.

This also marks the third addition to Ideagen’s EHS solutions in the past year, following the acquisitions of DevonWay last month and ProcessMAP in 2022.
