Chester Uni seeks contractors for £10m student block

THE UNIVERSITY of Chester has issued a tender for a £10m design and build contract for an extension of its campus.

The tender states that the university is seeking bids from contrctors to build a new 200-bed student accommodation block. It will shortlist between five and eight bidders for the contract, which it anticipates will take 12 months to complete.

Bids have to be submitted by May 6.
