Rolls-Royce dealer in pole position

ROLLS-Royce Motor Cars Manchester, the Knutsford-based car dealership, has beaten rivals in this country, Europe and South Africa to be named Dealership of the Year for 2010.

Announced at Rolls-Royce’s own annual awards, the honour recognises the dealership’s performance, brand standards and commitment to customer care. 

More than simply achieving sales targets, the award is made only to those dealerships that deliver an exceptional customer experience and can demonstrate high levels of ongoing customer satisfaction.

Jon Crossley, managing director of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Manchester,  said: “To receive this award is testament to the fantastic sales, after sales and technical teams that we have here in Knutsford and I would like to recognise the hard work and unswerving commitment of all involved.

“With one of the best showroom facilities in the country, our focus is on maintaining the high standards that we have set to ensure that we retain the title next year.”

The dealership has just moved to a new  showroom on Manchester Road.  Located next to Guy Salmon Land Rover, the new showroom facility is bigger than its predecessor at Canute Place in the town.
