Accumuli launches new software product

SALFORD-based Accumuli plc, has said that its tuscany Networks subsidiary has launched a new service letting customers track activity against their IT networks.

tuscany Networks is a Basingstoke-based subsidiary which provides services to domain name systems, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (“DHCP”)and IP address management companies, known as the DDI market.

It said that its new product, v2.1 DDAM, allows clients to monitor activity and increases the security of the main components of its internet network. It provides a constant ‘health check’ of clients’ web operatiions, spots potential viruses that puts systems at risk and identifies anomalies in performance.

Accumuli said that the global market for DDI services is workth around $276m and that its own product has already been trialled and adopted by CSC in the UK. It has already signed an agreement with a German distributor for the product and is finalising agreements with other resellers across Europe.
