Threadneedle has completed a major refurbishment at Knowsley 200, the 200,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at Knowsley Business Park in Merseyside.

The industrial property is located on a self-contained site and benefits from 10 dock loading doors, a security controlled entrance and profile to the A580.

At 1,200 acres, Knowsley Business Park is one of the largest areas of employment land in the UK.  It is located close to Junction 4 of the M57 and the Port of Liverpool, with nearby occupiers including Matalan, QVC, DHL and Ocado.

Savills and B8RE are instructed as joint letting agents.
