Apartments in £3.5m Union Lofts development unveiled
The first apartments at a major regeneration project in the heart of Preston have been revealed.
Union Lofts, located on Guildhall Street, is a £3.5m project to create luxury loft apartments in a former Victorian warehouse.
A show home at the development, which comprises 18 apartments, is now available to view.
The project is being developed by Etc Urban Developments and marketed by real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield.
The show apartment comprises a spacious 883 sq ft two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex property with a west-facing terrace.
The original warehouse dates back to the 1890s when it was built as the Union Carriage Works.
The development is due to fully complete in January 2019, and will offer buyers a unique selection of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Preston was recently named ‘the most improved city in the UK to live and work’ by PwC and thinktank Demos in its 2018 Good Growth for Cities index.
