Trio of Trattorias as restaurant opens its doors on Whitechapel

Trattoria 51 is celebrating the official launch of its third Merseyside restaurant as it welcomes guests to its newest location at 51 Whitechapel in Liverpool city centre.

Following significant investment the venue boasts 120 covers across two floors with the addition of an in-house bar serving an array of wines, beers and spirits.

The family-run Italian eatery has an enviable reputation as a leading establishment known for its traditional home-cooking, using recipes handed down for generations.

Restauranteur Attilio Sergi said: “We are excited to announce that our doors are now open at our third restaurant at Whitechapel.

“Located in the heart of the city centre, our newest addition has close access to Liverpool’s shopping outlets, nearby theatres and attractions and public transport links, which makes it the ideal spot for a leisurely lunch with friends or a family dinner after a day out or to kick start an evening of celebrations.”

With a menu that includes fresh fish, meat and vegetarian plates, Trattoria 51 also offers gluten and dairy free options for most of its dishes, including stone-baked pizzas and artisan pasta.

“With the launch of 51 Whitechapel, we’ve also been able to expand our team and welcome new members of staff into our dedicated workforce in roles including front of house, chefs and bartenders to name a few.”
