Stubley undergoes Paradigm shift

PARADIGM Group, the financial services firm offering partnership services for IFA and mortgage brokers, appointed Noel Stubley to the newly-created position of group finance sirector.

Stubley joins the Wilmslow-based company from Lloyds Bank, where he was a director in its corporate markets and acquisition finance team.
Prior to Lloyds, he worked at both KPMG and Ernst & Young in transaction services roles.

He will now work closely with Paradigm’s founding partner Paul Hogarth and compliance partner Anthony Morrow across the group’s stable of companies including Paradigm Partners, Paradigm Pensions, Paradigm Mortgage Services and a recently-launched corporate wrap platform business, Amber.

Mr Hogarth said: “Noel is no stranger to the team at Paradigm, having worked closely with us on a number of occasions over the years.

“He is an extremely talented individual whose knowledge, insight and experience will add a new dimension to the senior management team.”

Mr Stubley said: “Paradigm is well recognised as one of the most forward-thinking and ambitious organisations operating in the financial services sector.

“While Paul and the team have already achieved remarkable things, there is a genuine feeling across the group that the Paradigm story has only really just begun.

“The opportunity to play an important part in how that story develops wasn’t one I could let pass by.”
