Prospect GB completes 9th deal of the year at Meridian Business Village

LIVERPOOL-based developer Prospect GB has completed another deal at Meridian Business Village in Hunts Cross, with Riverside Home Ownership.

Riverside Home Ownership, a division of social housng provider Riverside Group, has taken 5,500 sq ft of office space on a ten-year lease and is the ninth tenant to move into the £6m development since the turn of the year.

Relocating from its previous base in The Matchworks, Speke, Riverside Home Ownership will continue to support Riverside Group’s activities, including its six regional divisions, with the provision of leasehold management services and funding products which enable elderly people to purchase homes nationwide.

Carol Lavender, divisional director for Riverside Home Ownership, said: “The accommodation is ideal for our team in terms of both facilities and location. We are close to other Riverside offices and related businesses and the good transport links mean that we can reach our property and projects around the country.”
