Legal briefs: Kuits advise restaurant chain, Diaz-Rainey in at Pinsents

KUITS Solicitors has advised Individual Restaurants on the re-furbishment at its Restaurant Bar and Grill on John Dalton Street, Manchester.
Anthony Lyons and Felicity Harris-Knott from the specialist leisure team at Kuits obtained a new licence for the venue to include terraces at first floor level and the roof, together with two further private dining rooms on the second floor.
Mr Lyons said: “Individual Restaurants has some exciting plans for the Restaurant Bar and Grill. It is a successful and well established venue in the city centre.
“However, there are not too many places in Manchester where customers can dine ‘al fresco’ and we are confident that this latest development alongside their future plans will bring continued success.”
