Braemar reappointed to West Tower brief

BRAEMAR Estates, the residential property management company, has been reappointed as managing and letting agent for West Tower Liverpool.

The landmark building was recently acquired by Delph Property Group, which has purchased the remaining residential and commercial units within the Beetham-developed scheme.

Neil Roberts, managing director of Hale-based Braemar Estates said “We are delighted to start this new relationship with Delph Property Group and to continue providing services to this Liverpool landmark.

“The remaining apartments have enjoyed very strong occupancy levels and rental values over the last few years but this type of bulk sale out of administration marks an important step in the local residential sales market”.

Braemar Estates’ associate director of lettings, Ian Chatburn, added: “Liverpool is a key city for Braemar Estates. With demand for high end rental property such as West Tower increasing over the last 12 months, we have achieved strong occupancy and rental growth ahead of key indices such as RPI within both our Liverpool and North West portfolio.”

Braemar Estates also provides management services to the 201 unit Alexandra Tower on the Princes Dock waterfront where 140 units remain in administration with Zolfo Cooper.
