Four Financial Recruitment on growth drive

RECRUITMENT company Four Financial is eyeing opening in Liverpool and making its first foray outside the North West with a move into Yorkshire.

The Bolton company, which has offices in Manchester and Blackburn, specialises in placing finance and most recently HR professionals across all sectors.

Founded in 2008, the company has strong family values – embodied by the fact that three members of the same family are involved in the business, operations director Phil Sofield, sales director Claire and HR adviser Gemma.

To support its growth plans Four Financial, which has 15 staff,  has secured new funding from exisiting banker Royal Bank of Scotland.

RBS has provided an undisclosed six-figure sum to support Four Financial in its bid to expand geographically and by sector over the next two years.

Sales director Claire Sofield said: “We have a great relationship with RBS and we are excited for the future. leeds and Liverpool are on our radar.

“We are growing our existing offices too, we have just moved our Manchester team to a bigger site because we needed more space. We are hiring for four more people at the moment too.”

Finance director Paul Hebden added: “In each of the five years we’ve in business, we’ve achieved year-on-year growth. We approached RBS and were encouraged by their continued support for the business and our plans for the future.”

Robert Taylor, senior relationship manager at RBS, added: “We have worked with them since the business was established and have been very impressed with their clear and articulate business plan and by their obvious success.”
