Lock sees demand for Butley Hall

FORMER Apprentice contestant Adele Lock says she has sold six of the 10 homes planned for Butley Hall in Prestbury off-plan.
Ms Lock, who appeared in the first series of The Apprentice, is renovating the grade II-listed building through Edengate Bespoke Homes which she set up last year.
The conversion will feature seven apartments and three town houses, ranging in price between £695,000 and £999,000.
Ms Lock said: “I am delighted with the success of Butley Hall. It has bucked the trend in the market with a number of properties being snapped up as soon as details were released.
“We were conscious we took Butley on during a stagnant period in the market, but knew we had a gem of an opportunity with this development. It combines two key elements; a grand residence of historic significance and a sought after location in the heart of Cheshire’s golden triangle.”
