CHESTER-based PR and marketing agecy de Winter, which is celebrating its 21st birthday this year, has acquired kmcreative.
Design and production specialist kmcreative, has close links with de Winter – and is based in the same office block.
The business, which specialises in corporate identity design, marketing and online design and development has been bought from kmcreative founder Kerry Maddrell who is retiring.
Kate Cox, co-owner of de Winter said: “We’re excited about the opportunities that we can explore as a single team”
Recent wins for the de winter and kmcreative teams include Chester University, Powell Williams architects and Macdonald Hotels.
