SAS Daniels switches to Barclays

CHESHIRE law firm SAS Daniels has switched its banking facility from the Royal Bank of Scotland to Barclays.
The firm, which has offices in Stockport, Chester, Macclesfield and Congleton, has filed a mortgage document at Companies House giving Barclays security over its assets.
A spokesman said it had not conducted a refinancing but had followed its relationship director Steve Lewis who moved from RBS to Barclays in March.
Mr Lewis, formerly a relationship director for the Solicitors and Professionals Unit at RBS, was hired to help increase Barclays’ client list in the sector.
