Unit goes at Orbital 24

TRANSPORT and logistics supplier NNR Global Logistics has moved into a unit in Manchester.

The company has signed an eight year lease on the 13,925 sq ft industrial Unit 1 at Orbital 24 in Denton at a rent of £5.03 per sq ft.

NNR will use the modern warehouse space to house its North West depot.

The site offers a secure self contained yard and the unit has two loading doors ensuring its suitability for the third party logistics operator.

Orbital 24 is located in the established industrial location of Windmill Lane which provides access to Junction 24 of the M60 / M67 interchange.

Matthew Stubbs, of the Manchester agency at Atisreal, which acted on the deal, said: “This unit offers an ideal accommodation solution for NNR who are keen to utilise the key transport links offered by the area and expand their North West operation.‘’
