Manchester United strikes Korean TV deal

MANCHESTER United’s latest commercial deal is to broadcast its MUTV channel through the Korean network SPOTV.
The club said the three-year deal would allow it to reach nine million households who watch SPOTV, which is owned by Eclat Entertainment.
Manchester United’s group managing director Richard Arnold said: “This partnership with SPOTV represents a fantastic opportunity for Manchester United’s 15 million followers in Korea to further engage with the club.
“Through our partnership with SPOTV our fans can access MUTV and experience behind-the-scenes footage, exclusive interviews as well as live match commentary. This is the latest partnership in our expansion of our global MUTV outreach and we look forward to be bringing our fans in Korea closer to the Manchester United.”
