Lettings latest: Crewe Business Park; Blackfriars House; King St; Barton Hall Estate

POCHIN Property has secured WEX Europe Services as a new tenant for its Emperor Court scheme at Crewe Business Park.
 
WEX Europe Services, which specialises in card payment systems, has taken 7,400 sq ft.

Other tenants at the park include Barclays, Virgin Trains and Fujitsu.

Malcolm Joyce, chief operating officer at WEX Europe Services, said: “The move to Emperor Court is a great opportunity to expand our services, as working from Crewe Business Park provides top of the line facilities and strong transport services to the rest of the country. We’re looking forward to moving into our new base in April.”

FAMILY-owned property firm Texas Group has agreed two new leases

The Eccles business, which is owned by the McDonald family, has let 3,500 sq ft at the Barton Hall Estate to Fairhome Investments on a three-year lease.

Texas’ David Tyson said: “Fairholme has taken the space on an all-inclusive basis which is something we can offer at our offices at Barton Hall.”

Existing tenant CommTech 2000 UK has taken a new three-year lease on the office and workshop areas it occupies.

RETAILER Jigsaw has taken space at 19 King Street in Manchester.

It is moving from The Corn Exchange which is being remodelled as a centre for fine dining by landlord Aviva Investors.

The property has around 5,000 sq ft over five floors and was previously home to Aubin & Wills.

Last month lingerie retailer Bravissimo confirmed a similar move from The Corn Exchange to King Street.

SURVEYOR CS2 has moved its Manchester office from 101 Princess Street to Blackfriars House, off Deansgate.

It has taken 830 sq ft at the Bruntwood-owned building.

Head of the Manchester office Ben Walker said: “The CS2 Manchester team is looking forward to settling into our new office over the coming months. We hope to build a strong presence in the area and are looking forward to celebrating our move with clients on the roof terrace in the spring.”
