Appointments: Oxenburgh moves to Freeth Cartwright; Kiddle heads to DWF

CHRISTINE Oxenburgh has left Stockport-based Gorvins to join the Manchester office of law firm Freeth Cartwright as a partner.

Oxenburgh, who worked as a consultant in commercial litigation at Gorvins, will focus on the chemicals and technical sectors in her new role.

She said: “This is a brilliant platform for me to look after the legal needs of the business community in Manchester and to increase my presence on the chemicals and technical sectors. Freeth Cartwright’s resources let me give top quality services that suit my clients.”

Freeth Cartwright is headquartered in Nottingham with offices in Birmingham, Derby, Leicester, London and Manchester.

LAw firm DWF has appointed new partner Jon Kiddle to its real estate team. Kiddle will be based at the Manchester office and joins DWF from national practice Trowers & Hamlins where he was also a partner.

His focus will primarily be on the pub and leisure, social housing and corporate occupier sectors.
