Record year for marketeers

CHESTER-based Event Marketing Solutions (EMS) is to mark the end of a record year with a move to new purpose-built offices.

The company, which specialises in marketing roadshows, has outgrown its existing premises in Little Stanney, Chester. It will move to self-contained offices in Ellesmere Port this week.

The 6,000 sq ft premises will provide more space for the business’ 46 staff as well as on-site parking park for its roadshow fleet.

Managing Director Keith Austin said: “This is a fantastic way to sign off a record year of business. The new offices reflect our status as a fast-growing company and will provide us, for the first time, with a dedicated headquarters to house all aspects of our operation.”

EMS was established by Mr Austin eight years ago. In 2008 sales hit £4m and it won new business worth £5.4m.
