Energetics gets connected at Birchwood Park

PATRIZIA, the manager of Birchwood Park, Warrington, has welcomed new occupier Energetics, the multi-utility connections provider, to 206 Cavendish Place.

Energetics has taken 13,693sq ft at the warehouse development, one of Warrington’s major destinations for businesses looking for office and industrial space.

Renowned for its delivery of utility connection services, Energetics was previously based at Woolston Grange, Warrington, choosing to relocate to Birchwood Park due to the versatile warehouse and office space available at 206 Cavendish Place and diverse range of amenities available on the park.

Jonathan Walsh, managing director at Birchwood Park, said: “We are focused on creating a business environment that offers an alternative to the traditional industrial estate, and have incorporated office space and warehouse facilities to achieve this.

“The combination of professional amenities and industrial units presents a high spec, impressive workplace to clients and customers, a priority for many of our occupiers.

“The letting of 206 Cavendish Place reinforces the high demand for this unique space in the North West, and we are looking forward to welcoming Energetics and more occupiers to our new warehouse development at Cavendish Avenue.”

Steve Morris, director north at Energetics, said: “Birchwood Park is a prime location for our business, providing us with an efficient network that links us to the wider north west regions, helping us deliver the best service to our customers.”
