“Before setting up Brown & Bancroft, we listened carefully to key contacts within the industry to ensure that the service we provide meets the demands and expectations of the market.

“I think that this, along with the focus we have put into establishing and retaining a first class team of people, has been key to our success.

“RBS has been supportive of our business since day one and its funding has enabled us to get the company off to a flying start.”

Neil Marshall, relationship director at RBS said: “Brown & Bancroft has gone from strength to strength during the last 12 months and the company’s achievements speak for themselves.

“To go from a standing start to achieving annual turnover of £7m in two years is no mean feat in this industry and I am really pleased that we have been able to support Paul, Jill and Neil with their aspirations for the company.”
