Omni RMS secures prestigious CPD accreditation

Omni Resource Management Solutions has kick started the new year by achieving formal Continued Personal Development (CPD) accredited status across all its recruitment training courses, meaning that every course completed will count towards an individual’s CPD.
To achieve this sought-after accreditation, the learning value of every training course is scrutinised by the CPD Certification Service to be certain it meets its standards, providing recognised independent accreditation compatible with global CPD requirements. Omni has been delivering recruitment training to organisations in the UK for more than ten years, and prides itself on being the only RPO that uses its own expertise to support the learning and development of in-house recruitment and HR professionals.
Head of Training and Consultancy at Omni, Louise Shaw, who leads the design and delivery of all its training programmes, is extremely proud to have achieved CPD accreditation. Louise said: “Last year we applied to have all our training programmes formally audited with the aim of becoming an accredited official Registered Provider with the CPD Standards Office. I’m delighted that we’ve achieved this outright, clearly demonstrating the high level of all our training programmes and providing all delegates with the essential CPD qualification they need.”
Omni delivers a range of training courses aimed at in-house recruitment and HR employees at venues in London and Manchester and will soon begin running courses in Edinburgh.
