Top accolade for ma2

ACCOUNTANTS ma2 has been named the region’s best small firm of the year.

The Lancashire-based firm topped the category for five partners or less  at the North West Society of Chartered Accountants Awards.

The judges praised ma2 for its highly professional service to clients and customer retention, as well as the company’s growth over the past 18 months, including winning new clients.  Its staff training and development programmes were also highlighted, along with its commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Now in its fifth year, the event was attended by more than 250 accountants and business leaders from across the region.

Director Steve Howarth said: “We’re absolutely delighted. It recognises the hard work put in by all the team at ma2 and places the firm at the forefront of accountancy provision across the North West.”
