Turner Parkinson revamps deals website

LAW firm Turner Parkinson has rebranded and expanded its award-winning online corporate match-making website, tp deals.

The revamp by the Manchester firm comes two years after the initial launch of the service, which aims to match buyers and sellers of businesses and properties.

The new site goes live today with enhanced features as it looks to further increase its appeal to North West business owners and the corporate finance community.

Free-to-use, tp deals  now has more than 5,000 users made up of business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as corporate financiers, professional advisers and financial investors.

The brainchild of senior partner Nick Davenport tp deals has earned Turner Parkinson a number of awards, including medium-sized law firm of the year at the Manchester Legal Awards and best marketing campaign at the Managing Partners Forum last year.

The rebrand incorporates a number of new features aimed at expanding the reach and usage of the service, including improved search facility, a user wish list and e-alerts, and enquiry history.

It also allows for registered users to add their own business and property opportunities to the site, also at no charge.

In addition, tp deals has launched a blog, View from the Bridge, which will feature guest bloggers who have been through the process of buying and selling businesses.

Mr Davenport said he is looking at expanding tp deals outside the North West.
