NORTH West law firm Pannone has advised on the sale of a concrete production facilty in Yorkshire.

NORTH West law firm Pannone has advised on the sale of a concrete production facilty in Yorkshire.

Its client Treanor Pujol (TPL), a joint venture between Spanish company Prefabricados Pujol and Ian Treanor of the Treanor family, has acquired Bison Concrete Products’ old prefabricated facility in Leeds following Bison’s administration.

The site will give TPL the capacity to produce material for the flooring markets along with pre-cast concrete staircases and other bespoke products which are manufactured at the site.

For ManchesterPannone Daniel Varney advised on corporate matters, Yasar Kaushal and Tom Holroyd on property, Richard Drinkwater on insolvency and Keith Davidson on environmental issues.

Pannone was assisted by FPS Consult Surveyors of Bolton which provided advice to TPL on repair and dilapidations liability.

Law firm Eversheds acted for the administrative receivers and Russell-Cooke advised the site owner.
