Byotrol strikes Tommee Tippee deal
MANCHESTER-based infection control products firm Byotrol has signed a licence agreement with the makers of Tommee Tippee baby products.
The company, whose core ingredient is used in a range of products to stop the spread of superbugs including MRSA, said it has struck a deal with Mayborn Baby & Child based in Cramlington, Northumberland.
The agreement for sales in UK and Ireland means a range of products, including baby bottles and sterilisation equipment which the company sells under the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature brand, will use Byotrol’s technology.
The products will be available in shops early next year. Production orders have already been received.
