Brabners advises on IFA sale
NORTH WEST law firm Brabners Chaffe Street has advised the UK legal team of German financial services provider AWD Group on the sale of its subsidiary Read Independent Financial Advisers to management.
The sale of Buckinghamshire-based Read , for an undisclosed sum, followed a strategic review by the group – part of the Europe’s largest IFA network, the DAX-listed AWD AG.
The UK head office of Hannover-based AWD is on Talbot Road, Old Trafford, Manchester.
Brabners Chaffe Street’s Manchester based corporate team, which has advised throughout the process, has also now been appointed to the firm’s panel of legal advisers.
