Online retailer opens first store

AN online supplier of mirrors and frames is opening its first store in Rawtenstall.

Andrew Mayers who is behind Swinton-based www.mirrorworld.co.uk and www.framingworld.co.uk has 20 years experience in the business, and says if the venture is a success it could pave the way for more stores opening the future.

He said: “We chose Rossendale as the place for our first ever store because we believe the location is excellent. Rawtenstall already has a number of top class retailers who attract people from far and wide as well as being well supported locally and we will be delighted to join them.

“This is our first public retail store and we believe it will be a success. If it is, this could be the first of many outlets.”
