A BOLTON-based company which offered fire protection and air-conditioning services to commercial and industrial clients has been placed into administration.

All Facility Services, which had a turnover of £12m, was set up in 1990 and was owned by Darren Morris. It traded from a headquarters building on Manchester Road in Westhoughton but also had a southern office serving London from Berkhamsted and a Scottish office in Glasgow.

Paul Flint and Brian Green from the Manchester office of KPMG Restructuring were appointed as joint administrators to the firm on December 15. The business ceased to trade immediately and most of the company’s 38 staff have been made redundant.

The joint administrators are seeking offers from parties who would be interested in buying the assets of the business. A spokeswoman said anyone interested should contact Mike Holford at KPMG on 0161 246 4000.
