IFE Services moves to Knutsford Pavillions
IN-FLIGHT entertainment company IFE Services has moved to The Pavilions office development at Knutsford Business Park.
The company has taken 16,693 sq ft in what developer Miller Developments says is the largest office disposal in the area for over three years.
Rizvan Zafar, finance director of IFE Services said: “IFE Services see the relocation to The Pavilions, Knutsford as an important part of the future development and growth of the company allowing us to expand our business in a high quality environment.”
The Pavilions, which was completed in March 2008 by Miller Developments, in partnership with Macclesfield Borough Council, comprises five two-storey grade A offices totalling 26,704 sq ft and is located close to the town centre and two miles from junction 19 of the M6.
Jonathan Wallis, from Miller Developments, said: “We are delighted that our development has been chosen by one of the areas foremost and fastest growing companies, it underlines the fact that these buildings have been designed to meet the requirements of the most discerning occupiers.
“Our efforts will now focus on disposing of the final two buildings of 4,100 sq ft and 5,651 sq ft for which we are quoting a rent of £17.50 per sq ft on a leasehold basis or £190 per sq ft on a freehold basis.”
Miller Developments was represented by joint leasing agents Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA Grimley and law firm Addleshaw Goddard.
