Easi-Drive makes fleet investment

A MANCHESTER business which provides replacement vehicles for motorists involved in accidents has invested £400,000 to increase its fleet of cars.

Easi-Drive, has taken delivery of more than 150 new Vauxhalls, Audis, Fiats and Minis after securing funding from Lombard, the asset finance arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Founded in 2001 by brothers Simon and Daniel Bellamy, Easi-Drive has developed into a £22m turnover operation with 150 staff and a fleet of almost 1,000 vehicles.

Transport director Daniel Bellamy said: “One of the key factors in our business growth has been the regular investment we have made to increase and upgrade our fleet.

“We want to provide assistance to drivers throughout the UK and the only way to achieve this is by having a comprehensive range of vehicles available to meet their specific needs.”
