Shouksmith celebrates North West success

THE North West division of Shouksmiths is celebrating its biggest contract to date in the region.

The firm has completed a £650,000 project to install heating, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical services at new units for property company Beva Investments at its 280,000 sq ft site and Walker Business Park in Blackburn.

Michael Draper, divisional director at Shouksmiths North West, said: “Beva is a long term client of ours, and the excellent working relationship we have developed with them over the years has greatly contributed to the successful completion of this project.

“The sheer size of the task at Walker Business Park brought with it its own challenges, but by having the skills and experience in place, together with a great sense of teamwork, we are pleased to say we have a very satisfied client.”

Shouksmiths was established in York in 1820 and together with its sister company Morfitts has a turnover in excess of £24m and employs 200 people.
