Eaves Hall up for sale

A 19th Century country hall hotel in Lancashire is up for grabs with a price tag of £2.5m.

Eaves Hall Country Hotel in Waddington, owned by Manchester headquartered Richardson Hotels had a turnover of £1.09m in 2008.

The imposing building, which is being marketed by property agent Savills, is set within grounds extending to 13 acres and includes 34 en-suite bedrooms.

There are also extensive public areas along with detached two and three bedroom houses known as Peels Cottage and The Lodge.
