Orbit Developments secure lettings at The Courtyard

NORTH WEST property developer, Orbit Developments, has secured six new lettings following the introduction of managed office suites at 1-3 The Courtyard, part of The Valley development in Bolton.

Adocs Ltd, a medical consultancy who initially took 219 sq ft in April, was one of the first companies to take up a suite at The Courtyard.

Mohammed Aziz, director of Adocs, said: “We were keen to stay in Bolton but wanted a more convenient and easily accessible location.”

“The flexible lease terms allowed us to expand into a bigger suite after just one month and we were operational from the day we moved in.”

Other businesses who have taken space at the development include Adlab Services, Phoenix ARC, Avia Trucks, TLC Learning Academy and John Carr.

Seanine Marsh, letting & marketing assistant at Orbit, said: “We are not surprised by the level of interest that The Courtyard has generated, as the location is ideal and flexible terms make the development a very attractive proposition for businesses.”
