Appointments: Ask heads for Hills; Parker joins Liverpool’s BID Team

MANCHESTER-based commercial property company Ask Developments has appointed Jamie Hills as development executive.
Hills, 27, will be working on a number of high profile schemes at Ask, including St Petersfield in Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester’s First Street and the redevelopment of Compstall Mill in Stockport.
Hills began his career at Frank Knight, where he qualified as a chartered surveyor. Prior to joining Ask, he was employed by Manchesdter-based property investment and development firm MCR Property.
Ken Knott, chief executive of Ask, said: “Jamie has gained considerable experience in investment and development work across both commercial and residential sectors during his three years as a chartered surveyor.
“We are pleased to have such promising talent on board and feel he will prove instrumental in driving forward some of our major strategic projects.”

Liverpool Commercial District Partnership has strengthened its BID campaign team will the appointment of Carole Parker as partnership development manager.
The newly-created post will involve Parker helping to raise the awareness of the BID process and encourage businesses within the commercial district to get behind the campaign.
Paul Rice, chief executive of Liverpool CDP said: “As we enter the crucial stage of the BID process we are keen to ensure we engage with as many businesses as possible to showcase the benefits of BID status.
“Carole has vast experience in this area and will provide invaluable support to the team and campaign.”
