Savills moves Liverpool office

PROPERTY consultancy Savills is to move its Liverpool office from Water Street to Princes Dock later this week.
The firm has taken 2,330 sq ft of space on the first floor of Building 8 at Princes Dock, which is on the Mersey waterfront.
Savills employs 20 people in Liverpool offering cost consultancy and project management services. The office is led by Kieran Rainsford and Giles Brooke, who work closely with the real estate consultancy practice in Manchester.
Kieran Rainsford, director of Savills’ public sector team, said: ”The move to Princes Dock marks an expansion for Savills in Liverpool as we grow our team to allow for the increasing workload we are winning through our public sector business.”
Princes Dock is owned by Peel Group and forms part of the proposed Liverpool Waters scheme. Tenants include KPMG, private bank Coutts and PwC.
