New contracts for ODS

A Manchester firm that specialises in developing leadership programmes for the public sector has won three new contracts.

Organisation Development Services (ODS) has been signed up by Southport & Ormskirk Acute Trust and Yorkshire & Humber Strategic Health Authority. It has also extended its existing programme with Greater Manchester Police.

The business will spend a year working with 30 senior managers and clinicians in Southport & Ormskirk using masterclasses, coaching and psychometric programmes to improve leadership.

In Yorkshire ODS has been appointed to deliver a programme to more than 50 public health consultants.
