Wax Digital seals new premises move

SOFTWARE firm Wax Digital is looking to boost its workforce after moving into new premises in Hyde.

The company supplies eProcurement software to help organisations including Xerox, Comet, the NHS, Network Rail, Thorntons, Dixons, Play.com and Center Parcs, make cost savings.

Wax Digital said the new space gives the business room to develop its global helpdesk facilities to support users of its software across 48 countries.

Managing Director Paul Ellis said: “We are planning to grow the 60-strong workforce by more than 10% in the next 12 months and the new premises gives us plenty of room to add to our team of skilled web and software developers.

“Tameside remains a perfect location for us, since we are right on the major motorway networks and only a few miles from mainline rail and international airport facilities.”
