Stockbroker signs up for Exchange Flags
STOCKBROKER and investment management firm, Blankstone Sington has signed up to move to UK Land & Property and Pochin’s Exchange Flags development in Liverpool.
The deal, one of the largest private sector lettings in the city this year, sees the firm relocating to Duke Street to take 10,000sq ft on the top floor of Walker House.
Exchange Flags is already home to a list of high profile occupiers including law firm Brabners Chaffe Street and accountancy firm Deloitte.
Ian Sherry, development director of UK Land & Property commented: “Blankstone Sington’s choice to relocate here is testament to the significant investment we have made over the last two years and perfectly complements the profile of our existing occupiers.
“Despite a challenging economic climate, Exchange Flags is still welcoming new high profile businesses who want an exceptional address and office environment to match.”
Ken Conolly, chief executive of Blankstone Sington added: “Blankstone Sington is Liverpool’s only independent stockbroking and investment management firm and has been managing investments in this city for many years.
“With a strong and loyal client base, the firm has continued to grow over the years and we believe now the time is right to establish a presence in the heart of Liverpool’s business district.”
Keppie Massie and Knight Frank represented Exchange Flags and CBRE acted on behalf of Blankstone Sington.
