Printer firm sold out of administration

BOLTON-based printer and printer equipment specialist Plotters Plus has been sold out of administration.
Administrator Jason Greenhalgh of the accountancy firm Begbies Traynor said seven jobs had been saved in the sale of the business which traded as Pluss.
He would not say who had bought the business but confirmed it would be led by a new management team.
According to documents at Companies House the business was owned by Christine and Paul Haywood of Mellor, Lancashire. The directors were Paul Haywood, Derric Landor and Shoeb Mulla.
In a statement Mr Greenhalgh said: “Following discussions with the secured creditor and a meeting with the largest trade creditor and customer, the joint administrators can announce that the business and assets of Plotters Plus Limited were sold as a going concern and will continue to trade under new management with seven jobs being saved.”
