Claremont toasts fresh Spinningfields contract

CLAREMONT Group Interiors, the Warrington-based office design and fit-out company, is celebrating winning a four contract in Manchester’s bluechip Spinningfields district.

Its latest contract comes from law firm Shoosmiths and is for the design, fit-out, furniture and AV package for its first office in Manchester at 3 Hardman Street.

Claremont, has already completed projects for law firm Halliwells, Ecclesiastical Insurance and most recently, accountants BDO Stoy Hayward at Spinningfields.

The 9,925sqft office on the seventh floor of 3 Hardman Street will provide space for approximately 60 staff. It is Shoosmiths’ eighth UK office.

“3 Hardman Street has become a hub of activity and having worked with several companies located in the same building, we feel well-equipped to provide them with the ideal workspace.”
